Hello, as we are creating and gathering items for our distance learning, we are asking that if you attend, or have a child attending Mesick Schools and requested a hard copy learning packet that you complete this survey. This will give us more narrowed information for us to plan deliveries and pick-ups.
We will begin deliveries around 3:00 on Monday, April 20. The deliveries will be made by the school bus, please be watching for the bus and prepared to meet them at the end of your driveway. We will set the food down and then you will be able to pick it up. Please adhere to social distancing and maintaining a minimum of 6' apart.
Pick-up times will be available on Monday, April 20 from 4-6 PM in the elementary parking lot (elementary students) and the high school parking lot (jr/sr high students). Pick-up times will also be available on Tuesday, April 21 from 8:00-11:30 AM. If you are able to pick-up please do so as this will help us out greatly!
We are hoping that we can deliver around your normal afternoon drop off time.
I ask that you complete this form separately for each individual child you have attending Mesick Schools. For example, If you have five children attending please complete it five times, once for each individual student.
