Hello All,
We are in the beginning stages of planning for the 2021-2022 school year, in order to have appropriate staffing and to guide us on what we will or will not be offering next year we are asking parents to complete this form. As we go through this process we would like to know what parents' plans are regarding their child receiving face-to-face instruction or virtual instruction for the 21-22 school year. Please take a moment and help us with our planning by filling out the following form. If you have more than one child, please fill out a separate form for EACH child that will be attending Mesick Consolidated Schools. I have been asked if I anticipate masks being required for next year and I truly do not know at this time. Thank you for your help!
