Hi Mesick families!
Last day of emotional regulation info. Here are some tips for emotional coaching (we do this every day as parents/caregivers).
1. Be aware of your child's emotions.
2. Recognize emotion as an opportunity for connection or teaching.
3. Help your child verbally label emotions.
4. Communicate empathy and understanding.
5. Set limits and problem-solve.
Please also check out the other handouts I've included-I hope they're helpful! Last, but not least, look for Friday's, "Bravo Bulldogs" post tomorrow to see some Elementary highlights of remote learning.

We ran in to some difficulties tonight! Sorry to those of you who logged in with the first game code. Quizziz kicked me out and I had to launch a new code. The top 3 were the Spencer Family, The Stankes, & Mrs. Abraham.
Hoping to have better luck on Friday!
NEW GAME CODE!!! Sorry everyone, we have to launch under a new code for Quizziz. Please exit out and join with code 097031. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Our seniors worked hard to get to where they are, and we want to honor them for all of their accomplishments. Forest Area Credit Union and 107.9 CDY are helping us with this by playing each member of the class or 2020's name and future plans on the radio. The segments will be airing starting tomorrow, May 7th through the 21st, seven days a week, at 7:15a, 10:15a, 1:15p and 4:15p. Go Bulldogs!
Hello Bulldogs!
A reminder that tomorrow, Thursday May 7th, you can pick up your child’s personal belongings from 4:00-6:00 pm. JH/HS student pickup will be at the JH/HS building, and elementary student’s pickup will be in the parking lot behind the elementary school. When pulling in, please form a line the best you can and stay in your vehicle. A staff member will get your child’s belongings for you. Thanks for your cooperation.
